Suggest Remedy For Hairfall Around A Painful Spot On Scalp

Hi doctor , i have a problem would u please give me an explanation I have really high testosterone and i v been suffering from head bumps and hair loss since 2010 ( since my 18th) . I v been to doctors and they couldn t explain my head bumps nor my hair loss , they tell me my head scalp is fine and healthy but the pain i m feeling is like from the inside like i hit my head really hard with a cabinet door and everytime it s a different spot and i notice that the hair on that spot begins to fall it s not in a circle or anything but it s not thick like it used to be So please doctor if u have any idea of which type of disease this is i will be so greatfull .
