Suggest Remedy For Hard Bumps On Chin

just an hour ago I was laying down in bed watching t.v. and noticed a discomfort right under my chin bone and noticed a hard stationary bump. if I press it, it does feel a little discomforting, but after about 10 minutes it goes away. I never noticed anything there before and only really starting feeling more discomfort the more I press on it.
