Suggest Remedy For Hard Lump In Fingers

26 year old male, 200 lbs, 6 feet tall. I have a small hard lump on my middle finger where the finger meets the hand on the palm side. It's about the size of a small pea and does not move. It only hurts when i directly touch it. Its on my left hand and I'm right handed. I've had it for about a week or 2 now.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello!
For such lump, in my clinic, I advise FNAC- fine needle aspiration cytology & X-ray hand to know any extension in the joint.
Excision biopsy is done under local anaesthesia i.e. swelling is removed & sent for histopathological examination.
Post-op antibiotics, pain killers & vitamin C-(for better wound healing) are given.
Hope this information is useful to you.
Thanks. Regards.
