General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to a foruncle which is an inflammation of the hair follicle. I suggest using warm compresses for local application. I also suggest to use an antibiotic cream such as Neosporin cream. I recommend to use anti-inflammatory medication such as Acetominophen to relieve the pain.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
