Suggest Remedy For Hard Stools In Infants

Good evening Dr,i have a 8 month old baby boy who is suffering from vomiting (2 times today), oily type motion 7 times today, indigestion. Baba feels discomfort while releasing stool and give pressure. Stooling quantity is very less but creates pressure. water comes like drop through stoling channel. stooling color sometimes green and sometimes yello. Woul u advise please?
