Suggest Remedy For Headache And Cramps While Taking Lysteda

I have recently been prescribed Lysteda for heavy menstrual bleeding. While the nurse mentioned that I shouldn't tak any pain killers (Advil, Tylenol, or aspirin) while also taking Lysteda, I don't see anything online to back that up. If I also still experience cramps or headache while taking the Lysteda, is there anything you would recommend to take for those symptoms?
