Suggest Remedy For Headache And Neck Pain Due To Chiari Malformation

I have chiari malmormation and sometime I feel my head like is full of liquid..and I have so much neck pain and dizzines..I am taking Neurontin 600mg 3 times a day, but I'm still in pain and is hard to me sometimes finish my day of work. I want a solution because this is terrible for me, I have my family and I want to spend time with them but I don't even want to out. My neurologist send me to take physical therapy, but is not helping me.
