Suggest Remedy For Headache And Neck Pain Post Injury

I was at work last night, and was filling up the ice buckets, and I put the big metal scoop on top of machine. as I was bending down, the ice scoop fell on the top of my head. I nearly fell down, saw stars, and now have headaches and neck aches. should I go to the doctor? Thanks, Angie

Dear patient You have got blunt trauma to head and neck region. You should be investigated with Xray of skull and cervical spine anteroposterior and lateral views to rule out bony abnormalities. If it's normal start taking tablet diclofenac plus serratiopeptodase combination twice a day for pain relief. Apply ice on head to reduce swelling on head. All the best.
