Suggest Remedy For Headache And Numbness In The Right Side Of The Body

My daughter is having some symptoms i am not familiar with she has numbness on the whole right side she can control her right side but can not feel it. She is also unable to see out of the right eye blurry and no pariphreals (unsure of the spelling sorry) she has a headache. She has not really eaten in 2 days so she is currently eating. She also just started her period yesterday. She is under a great deal of stress due to seperation and is living as single mom and can't find a job...please help she said she can't get to the hospital because of the kids no one to watch them i live almost 2 hours away.
