Suggest Remedy For Headache, Nosebleed, Sensitive To Light Eye With Swollen Nose After Being Hit On Nose

I was hit in the nose like right by my eye I had a nose bleed my eye became very sensitive to the light and certain movement not to mention the black eye my nose is very swollen and sensitive to the touch and its some pressure pain and I have the worst headache

Thanks for your query.
Read and understood history of trauma to your nose and eye, causing severe swelling on nose, disturbed vision, headache and nosebleed.

I would advise you the following:
Fist all to stop nasal bleeding by nasal pack, go to ER.
CT scan of the nose, face and brain to know the extent of trauma, fractures, soft tissue trauma, damage to eye.
Opinion of an ophthalmologist .
Opinion of an ENT and further management.
This looks to be a dire situation, you should rush to ER.
