Suggest Remedy For Headache With Dizziness

Hello, I have a tough headache in the back left side of my head. My bp is 128/83 and HBR is 93 now. Is there any problem? I was in a closed place smoking for few hours (3 hrs ago) where I felt a tough dizziness so I went out for 15 min fresh air. I slept well last night. I m relaxing since 3 hours in my bed while headache is still there. May you advise plz? I m 34 years old male (173 cm/ 70 kg). No diseases are identified. Thx
