Hi,
I have a headache that is hurting so bad at my tight temple that the rest of my right side of my face is also in pain...i.e. my eye i also feel nausesas and having hot flashes...i took 2 aleves and im only 21 years old, any advice on soothing the headache?

Hello,
It could be migraine headache so you can try Triptan drug to control acute headache and then take Propranolol for prophylaxis. Also, try to find out the trigger that precipitate the headache and try to avoid them. Take a good sleep and eat food regularly.
