Hi welcome to the health care magic

You are having bilateral severe headache

Otological and teeth infections has to be ruled out as it can lead referred headache

Measure your blood pressure for rule out hypertension for which antihypertensive medication needed

Flu can also lead it for which decongestant needed

Excess stress, smoking and alcohol can leads headache

So avoid stress and rule out above causes

If no specific cause found and constant computer working present than tension headache can be the cause

Take care

Consult physician for examination and further work up accordingly
