Suggest Remedy For Headache

Im 28 year old female and having constant headaches I wake up with them and they get worse as day goes on. I have been having them for months but last two days getting a lot of pain in neck and feels like the inside of my head is burning. What should I do?

headache require detail evaluation that include routine test including blood pressure/fundus examination with refraction/ Ct scan etc.

Need to evaluate associate features like nausea/vomiting/dizziness/difficulty in vision etc.
