I am 34 years old, frequently I get headaches when I woke up in the morning. I thought this had something to do with my BP and bought a BP monitor. I have been checking my BP a couple of times a day, and interestingly they vary every time I check, some times they are as high as 190/156, but most of time it ranges between 140/105. My diastolics are constantly above 90. Does this indicate any threat ????????
