Suggest Remedy For Headache

I was cleaning the restroom yesterday but my head hurts today i also have insomnia.I used clorox to clean the restroom. then for moping i used a bit of alcohol vodka with a bit pinesol to disenfect the floors right now i know it is from the fumes of clorox that my head really hurts.

Sorry to hear about your headaches. You should always be sure to have good ventilation in the areas in which you use bleach. If the headache is still persistent, try and get some fresh air, and take a NSAID such as ibuprofen or Tylenol.
