Hi thanks for asking question.
here are few possibility...
1.First get your blood pressure measured as it can lead to
dizziness if low blood pressure and headache if
high blood pressure.
2.Second rule out hypoglycemic attacks. If skipped meal or overexertion present then it can occur. For that glucose at time of dizziness needed.
3.Do you have vomitting?do you have fever?? If yes meningitidis like infection has to be thought.
Blood culture or CSF examination useful.Antibiotic needed for it.It could be viral also that is treated symptomatically.
4.Do you have history of ear infection?? As
labyrinthitis can lead reffered headache and dizziness.
5.As you feel shaky and sweating rule out
hyperthyroidism by thyroid profile.
Following predisposing factors can lead such symptoms that are avoided like.....
-smoking
-alcohol
-low sugar
-sleep irregularity
-bright light
-stress
-anxiety
-loud noise etc......
If still symptoms increasing then further work up done according to physical examination like CT scan...
I hope my suggestion will be helpful to you.
