Suggest Remedy For Heart Ailments

first, I have dilated cardiomyopathy and also copd. I use oxygen while sleeping. Last night after I went to bed and was trying to fall asleep, I had a very sharp pain under my left breast. I immediately sat us and this relieved it for a minute but it came right back. I ended up going back downstairs for around an hour til the pain went away. I have an implanted aicd and my last report showed svt s and atrial fibs during the last 6 months. is this something I should speak to my cardiologist about? my pulmonologist? pcp? or wait and see if it happens again. thank you! (yes, I feel fine today - just normal shortness of breath)

I have gone through your query and understood your concerns. With this presentation, it is possible that you might have had a heart attack. I would suggest you see your cardiologist for proper assessment and management. You may be fine now but you do not know what will happen it comes back again.

I hope that helps
