Suggest Remedy For Heart Palpitations From Anxiety

I am 26 and have always had high anxiety levels. When I was 14 I developed a stomach ulcer from my anxiety. As I have gotten older the anxiety causes heart palpitations, shaking, sweating, nausea, restlessness. My heat palpitates, it feels beats very hard and fast. Can my anxiety levels or heart palpitations be caused by a chemical imbalance? I'm on 2 medications to help with the anxiety but i can still feel my heart beating so hard against my chest. It's scary sometimes. I'm always afraid having a heart attack. What is your advice?

Obsessive thinking about your health and death often brings on these palpitation symptoms. There fore learn to understand the body mechanism and learn to adjust with life.

In fact, at the age of 26, where do you get time to think about all these things? At this age, you are supposed to be passionate towards your career and making yourself a better life. You lack vision, and that is the reason. Medicines alone cannot make you normal.

For a start:
Step 1 - Practice Deep and full breathing whenever possible
Step 2 - Drink plenty of water and fruit juices.
Step 3 - A Tomato a day keeps anxiety at bay
Step 4 - Exercise regularly
