Suggest Remedy For Heat Rashes, Sore Joints And Mood Swings

Hi, my nsme is Ayeisha. I was diagnosed with HMS just over a year ago. i get bad heat rashes, have very sore joints and have had to stop my profession as a ballet dancer. I am managing ok but my HMS is very bad when i am menstuating, the last couple of months i have incredibly bad mood swings, never felt so down. I cannot take the pill as the side effects are bad. is there anything i ca do to stop these? theyre ruining my life
