Hello
Welcome to HCM,

Your history and symptoms are suggestive of respiratory infections which should be evaluated properly to provide adequate treatment.

You may require physical examination and lsb investigations like CBC, chest X ray and urine examinations to make a proper diagnosis.

For the present symptoms I would suggest you to follow
1. Steam inhalation with Vapocaps.
2. Oral antihistamines
3. Oral antibiotics like Tab Bactoclav, 625 mg, twice daily.
4. Syp Ambrodil S.
Thank you.
