Suggest Remedy For Heaviness In Right Side Of The Abdomen

i m 32 year,female,weight 58kg,168cm height, my condition started a 10 days ago ,i waked up 4:am feeling suffocated and somthing in my throat thats enlarging ,i took cortisone to quickly save my self (i have a medical background),during 5 days i took about 6solucortif and 6dexamethasone ........then i went to the dr ENT who told me i had probably reflux oesophagitis and prescribed "controloc40" up to this point i didnt feel any acidity ,but i started feeling it after taking the controloc,for a week now i m taking controloc ,motilium,ascor s ....all of this is controlling acidity during the day ...but at night!!i cannt sleep from acidity and i feel it on my inner cheeks mucosa,and i m begining to feel heaviness in the right side of abdomen and soreness in my left shoulder ..........pls help me how do i proceed

Hi.
The primary diagnosis may be Cholecystitis as you are developing symptoms of right sided heaviness and soreness in right shoulder. This cholecystitis may in turn lead to the the acidity problem which is not getting relief with the medicines you are taking .
Take the dose if Rainitidine , antacid gel and Motilium as late in the night as possible so avoid the night and early morning problem.
Also I think you need to take an anti-anxiety or anti-stress medicines .
