Suggest Remedy For Heavy Bleeding & Cramping

I had a baby in August and started my first period on 10-10 well before the period I had a lot of craming. The period stpoted for 4 days and then stopped for 24 hours and came back very heavy. I am still bleeding very very heavy and have alot of cramping....
