Suggest Remedy For Heavy Bleeding Postpartum

Hi. I am 13 weeks postpartum and have my first period. I'm bleeding very heavy. I have been soaking through a super absorbency tampon in just a couple of hours and this has been going on for 3 days now with no showing of stopping. I have been having headaches and feel weak. Should I go to the ER?
