Suggest Remedy For Heavy, Painful And Tired Legs And Hips

My hips and legs feel tired and heavy . I had a stent put in my heart last summer, and was put on Metropolol. My legs hurt all of the time, and sometimes I scream when getting out of bed. I have gone off the medication, and there is still some pain. I walk about 15 minutes a day and am working to add more minutes. What can I do to reduce the pain, inflammation and heaviness?
