Suggest Remedy For Heavy Period Pains

37 years old, 5 ft 5inch, 10 stone 13pounds. hi i have had a hystorectomy 3 years ago and all of a sudden i am starting to get heavy period pains..i have taken pain killers, sat in a hot tub put the symptoms are persistent. it has been over 24hours i dont know that if the effects have come from using a sauna belt 1hr a day for the last 2 days.
