Suggest Remedy For Heavy Periods With Clots

HI I have had problems with heavy bleeding and clots with my period for a few years now and have been on birth control for 2 months to stop the last episode but it was time for me to have my period, it started yesterday completely heavy with clots as usual but this time there are clear colored clots to go with the blood clots I have an appt with my gyn in a couple of days but didn't know what they were and if they were an immediate concern
