Suggest Remedy For Heavy Periods

I have been subscribed primolut 5mg as i am bleeding still 1 week after fitting mirena. should i take it? i am on ponstan also i got the miren inserted in order to stop my heavy bleeding for 6plus days of my period, gushing and clots. now it seems i am as bad if not worse i was prescribed cyklokapron 2 x 3 times a day and Primolut 2 x 3 times a day. Also, ponstan 1 x 3 times a day 500mg. I feel this is a lot and dont as a rule take medicines other than ponstan during my periods as were before. please advise. I have had 5 children and do not require the contraceptive part of the mirena.
