Suggest Remedy For Hemorrhage In Brain Due To High BP

Hello doctor, my father suddenly fell unconscious and the doctors diagnosed that he has severe hemorrhage on the right side of the brain due to high BP. Doctors suggested a surgery and a 'De compressive Craniectomy' was done with in 18 hours of unconsciousness. Post operation he was ventilated for 10 days. A tracheotomy was done and slowly he has been moved out of ventilator. Currently his condition has stabilized except that hes still unconscious. Rearly he opens his eyes and sometimes tears roll down his eyes when we call or talk to him.Its 28 days now post operation. In the last couple of days he has started moving his limbs on the left side and also the tracheotomy tube has been removed and hes breathing normally through nose and mouth. He is being fed liquid food through a feeding tube. Doctors now say there are no further treatment for him and he has to recover gradually and hence can be moved to home from hospital. But i would like to take a second opinion on this and see whether any other treatment is possible to bring him back to consciousness. Please provide your expert suggestion.
