Suggest Remedy For High BP Even After Taking Medicines

My friend has high pressure that she takes medicine for. She is 83. Today she had taken her meds but when she got out of her chair she told me there was a blood pressure pill there and so she thought she had dropped it instead of taking it so she took that pill. Well evidently she had taken it already because her blood pressure has dropped to 99/44 pulse 81. What can we do to raise it

hello,
welcome to HCM.
she have taken double dose so her pressure came so low.
give her bed rest,ors solution 2 lit today plus 1 liter of normal plain water.
check the bp 2hourly.
if it is below 80/40 take her to emergency immediately.
