I can understand your concern
the medication telma 20 is called as telmisartan this a very good medication especially in people who are having diabetes it helps in protecting kidney from damage along with reducing hypertension.
i suggest you to meet a doc and start medication for diabetes
remember good diet and exercise are very important i controlling diabetes.
