Suggest Remedy For High Body Temperature With Body Pain And Headache

For the last 24 hours, I ve been experiencing a fever of 102 if not controlled by aspirin/Tylenol accompanied by severe chills. Body aches, headache. On top of this I have not had a solid bowel movement in over 24 hours. Should I seek a physician? Since it s a fever I m assuming it s a virus, so not sure what they would be able to do.

You have fever, headache, bodyache,a and chills for only 24 hours.It is too early to presume the cause as viral. There are numerous causes of fever with which no other symptoms occur. If i have to treat such a patient i will advice some tests like HbTlc Dlc , Esr, Blood culture for tyhpoid ( Gram negative) ,Mp, platelets, urine routine xray chest. Your chest, abdomen, and other body will be examined say liver. Cause of fever must be diagnosed so that early trratment can be given. Viral has many types,doctors have ro be vigilant for every possibility, tests will help to diagnose and give right treatment. For constipation just weight and have full light and plenty of fluids. Take only tab peracetamol sos, no disprin or tramadol ,no bruffen .
