Suggest Remedy For High Bp,pounding Of Heart And Ringing In Ears

yes i am 35 year old female and my blood pressure seams to be high for the past couple of weeks my face gets extremely red also my neck and part of my chest. Along with a pounding in my head and ringing in my ears. The pain don t feel like its a headache. when i called the doctors office to tell them my blood pressure reading they told me its not high. My blood pressure was at 144/90.

Thanks for posting your query. I understand your concerns. Your blood pressure is just above the normal range for your age. It's borderline. So you need not worry.
Also you should take serial readings at regular intervals like 3 readings on 3 consecutive days early in the morning to confirm that you are having hypertension.

Also I would suggest you to do an ECG to rule out any cardiac condition.
