General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
From history it seems that he might be having acute gastro-enteritis giving rise fever, loose motions and vomiting.
Give him Ofloxacilin, metronidazole for 3 days.
give anti-emetic like Ondem or Domstal for vomiting.
Give paracetamol for pain and fever.
Give him plenty of water, electrolytes and ORS liquid and keep him well hydrated.
Give light food like curd, rice, buttermilk.
Ok and take care.
