Suggest Remedy For High Pulse Rate And Ringing In Ears

Well I threw up earlier and my ears have been ringing since then. So I checked my blood pressure which was 158/116 with a pulse of 106. I am on medication for high blood pressure so I went ahead and took my night time pill a couple of hours early. But it is my pulse that has me worried it has never been that high. Do you think I should go to the emergency room or just wait and see if my meds help?

nothing to worry .
normal pulse rate is 70 to 90 / minute.it fluctuate every moment due to many reasons.
normal blood pressure is less than 140/90 at age less than 60 yrs & less than 150/90 at age more than 60 yrs.
if you have any problem .
consult your physician . he will took E C G & start beta blocker drug ,which will control both,B P & high pulse.
consult E N T surgeon for ringing,he would advise for hearing aid because there is no treatment for ringing.
