Suggest Remedy For Hip And Thigh Joints Pain In Osteoarthritis Patients

mri's revealed a slight tear (3m) in my left hip cartilege.plus osteoarthritois..I have had pain in left inner thigh for 10 weeks...ortho dr. is doing "diagnostic" treatments, i.e. cortizone shorts. outer hip and inner joint pain remains.
I'm in severe pain....he seems unconcerned. help.
