Hi

Lifestyle and the toll of pregnancy are causes, moreover, join 'Art of Living' OMBW or sahaj course. It will really help you with somatic cases. Getting a gynecological opinion is good; USG the abdomen and get a hip MRI studies; they can be helpful.
