Suggest Remedy For Hissing Sounds In My Head During Night Time Face Feeling Flushed

2 nights ago I woke with a hissing sounds in my head, it went away during the day but came back last night and is still here. No pain, ears do feel blocked off and on, I've taken Mucinex, and Sudafed, not blowing my nose a lot though....my face felt flushed yesterday
