Suggest Remedy For Hives And Numbness In Hands And Legs

My granddaughter is 8 yrs old. Last Sat., she started breaking out in a really bad hives. The area where her clothes are is not affected. It starts out with numbness in her hands and feet. It then turns into red bumps which then turns into lg whelps. She has been on liquid steroids for 4 days, She was given a shot of decradron to boost the steroids. If anything, she is worse. The numbness and hives go away as fast as they come. Very concerned. Thank you for your time.
