I've had a burning sensation in my throat for years, slight hoarseness, tip of tongue burns too, and sometimes feel tightness in chest, and even intestinal cramps that seem to be a part of it. Overall feel sick. Had a scope down throat, tried antacids, no help. I'm thinking fungus or bacteroid fragilis no one will test me for those things..tried anti candida diet, still same. Thanks for listening..
Welcome to Healthcare Magic. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
This may be due to laryngopharyngeal reflux or simply acidity. State tablet Omeprazole tablet 40 mg once daily before food for 2 month. Avoid spicy food. Drink plenty of fluid. Sleep after 2 hrs of food. Don't wear tight clothes. Do a laryngoscopy and check the status of your airway. Start a vitamin B12 iron tablet twice daily for 1 month.
I hope I have answered your query. Let me know if you have any further questions.
