Suggest Remedy For Hot And Cold Flashes Along With Lower Back Pain

I am having some pain in my lower right back towards the side; feeling like I need to pass gas; can t get comfortable sleeping. This happened 2 nights ago, better last night & today and now starting again. 2 mornings ago felt clammy chills then hot, after a few hours felt better. Naturally we are on vacation and away from family doctor.

Hi.

It could have something to do with your eating or drinking habits whilst in vacation. Avoid spocy, fried or oily fatty food and also alcohol. Make sure you walk enough everyday to allow for digestion and do not go to bed soon after meals. While on vacation, always carry basic medicines. If you have an antacid then take it 15 minutes before each meal.

Best wishes.
