Suggest Remedy For Hot Flashes And Flushes In The Night
I have flushes, beyond hot flashes, averaging one an hr, all day & 3-4 during the night. They have run many blood tests--all the obvious--estrogen, kidney, thryoid etc & found nothing. I am post menopausal many yrs & took estrogen many yrs, but it doesn t help w/this. If you have further suggestions please respond. Also I have quit any drugs that have side effects of sweats. RS

Your age is not mentioned. If the hot flushes are refractory, you can consider giving estrogen and progesterone. But simple medications can be tried.
