Suggest Remedy For Hot Flashes In Different Parts Of Body
hello, I have been having what feels like a hot flash only it moves to different parts of my body. One time under my left rib cage and then once in my front thigh muscle. I do not feel pain from it, it just feels like its burning, lasts for few minutes then stops.
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have hot flashes in different parts of body. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like changes in reproductive hormones and in your body's thermostat (hypothalamus), which becomes more sensitive to slight changes in body temperature. I would suggest you to consult endocrinologist for proper examination .Doctor may order blood tests and take history . Doctor may prescribe hormone therapy , antidepressants like venlafaxine or gabapentin . For now do light exercises and drink plenty of water .
Hope your concern has been resolved.
Get Well Soon.
Best Wishes, Dr. Harry Maheshwari
