Suggest Remedy For Hot Flushes

Hi Im taking 20mg of tamoxifen a day. my hot flushes are extreme to the point of feeling sick a little faint and have to drink cold water to take my temperature down. i feel at times like a heat combustion.Is there anything I can take the herbal things dont work thank you kerry
