Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi,

It may be pigmented nevus called Becker's nevus.
There is no treatment for the Becker's nevus.
Just pigmentation may be reduced by laser. Sometime, it may be worsened by laser treatment. So, I would suggest not to go for any treatment.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilyas Patel,
