hi Have a Hydrocele problem and was woundering are there any self help treatments. Have a thing about operation/needles. Thanks Jimmy

Hi,
Hydrocele is such a condition where operation is always needed.
Collection of fluid in scrotal sac can not absorbed it self or doing puncturing.
Consult surgeon and get examined.
