Suggest Remedy For Hyper Pigmented Skin Caused By Burning

on my face there is a region of hyperpigmented skin caused by burning just beside my mouth region.by the use of Brite cream prescribed by a local physician,the area got bleached but the skin turned into a brown spot surrounded by a white patch.I immediately consulted a dermatologist of CMRI who prescribed two creams Elocon cream and tacrolimus ointment for effective treatment...Please suggest a remedy...
