Is there any way i can get rid of it
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have hyperpigmentation on body and you are very uncomfortable with that. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to wash your face and body with mild soap twice a day and apply kojivit cream , exfoliate your skin twice a week and apply vitamin E oil at night before going to bed . Also protect your skin from excess sun exposure as it can worsen the condition. You should apply sunscreen rich in SPF 26 such as Tan care. If condition doesn't get improved in a month then consult dermatologist again for proper examination . Doctor may recommend chemical peeling or dermabrasion depending upon the severity of condition .
Hope your concern has been resolved.
