Suggest Remedy For Hypertension

I have had several episodes of sudden hypertenison.
My normal BP is 90-110's/50-60. When I have had the HTN of sudden onset my BP went to 150-170/88-100. During the last episode I also became tachycardic and lightheaded. I felt like I was going to pass out. I was very scared. A cardiac workup was neg. I am 49 years old and have no health problems and take no meds just vitamins.

I will suggest you to ask for work up for secondary causes of hupertension, such as renal causes and endoctine causes do that the cause of sudden rise in blood pressure is known and treatment given according ly.
