Hello, I'm am a 20 year old male, and I have been notcing changes in when I stand up my heasrt rate goes up to around 120, and when sitting it's around 60. MY hands and feet sometimes get tingly and cold and I feel out of breathand fatigue to very fatigues. I have asthma I take advair100/50 whenever I need it. My heart sometimes makes a thump in my chest, but maybe 5-20 times a day and somedays I don't get it. My blood pressure rises to 130-135/75-85 when standing for the 1st minute then comes back down to 120/78 or something like that after standing for about 5 minutes. MY normal blood pressure is 110/68. My sugar is around 80-mid 90's. I am almost always hydrated, and I get pretty good sleep from 9-10 hours, but wake up 2-3 times a night and fall asleep right away.
